  Serenity Spa carries Eminence products which have really helped my skin. Irina is amazing at giving you suggestions about what products will improve your skin problems. Worked for me! :)

  For reflexology I would give this place 3.5 stars. However, the last massage I had there in early October I give 1 star. I had booked last minute as I really needed a therapeutic massage. The girl I got was a fairly new Massage Therapist in the Mt field and I understand you need time to learn and hone your skills but she was severely lacking technique, confidence and time management. I left more sore than when I arrived and not a good sore. I've been getting MT for years and I know after a massage what a good and bad sore feel like. I don't feel she understood her anatomy properly and applied pressure and manipulated my body wrong. She hardly spent time on the areas I asked for most. She kept a towel over my hips to massage (if you could call it that) and pretty much just pressed on it. My toddler gives a more therapeutic massage. What took her 60 minutes to do would take any other massage therapist 15 minutes , she was painfully slow in her movements and wasted a lot of time re-applying oil that it took away from a lot of productive massage time. I was extremely disappointed. Not relaxed. When I paid I informed them that she needed more experience. I was so upset when I got home my husband called in to explain further the services not rendered to which the respond he got was "well we haven'y received any other complaints". There was no attempt what so ever to try and make the situation right, no compensation etc. We would have spent thousands here but unfortunately we will not be going back. Maybe if they had offered to reimburse me or discount my next service etc or at least sincerely try to right things I'd return. This massage cost me $105. Either charge less for therapists new to their field until they get more experienced or employers should really try these services before they hire because this spa is typically regarded highly. Ask questions before you book. From now whoever I book with anywhere I will be inquiring how long they've been at it. Before you waste your time and hard earned money, I advise you to ask the right questions first. Furthermore, the girl I saw was not certified in BC so if you try and claim your massage it will not likely go through as BC has stricter regulations than AB.
